Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotell
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black eyed peas
- ¼ large onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked, crumbled
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
